3. ADMISSION OF NON-SOUTH AFRICANS
The following documents must be produced
before the students can register:

*Evauation report from SAQA on qualifictions
*Passport / SA ID
4.ADMISSION OF PLP STUDENTS
Passed Gr 9 with a pass in Maths AND English of 40% AND a Placement Test results for Maths AND English of between 20-30%
5.ADMISSION TO SUPPLEMENTARY EXAM
Candidates must meet the following sub-miinum per subject in the final examination for admission to the supplementary examinations:
*Vocational subjects: 45% – 49%
*Life Orientation and English: 35% – 39*
*Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy: 25% – 29%
4.1Requirements regarding admission to the NCV supplementary eaminations are as follows:
5.1.1Where a candidate has MET the above sub-minimums for entry to the supplementary examinations, s/he will be allowed to rewrite the affected subjects in the supplementary examination following immediately after the November examination cycle, e.g. 2020 supplementary examinations follow immediately after the November 2019 examinations.
5.1.2Where a candidate has MET the sub-minimum for entry to the supplementary examinations AND PASSES the affected subjects in the supplementary examinations; s/he will be allowed to progress to the next NCV level in the particular subjects in that academic year, e.g. subject(s) passed on Level 2 in the 2019 supplementary examinations CAN be offered on Level 3 in the 2020 academic year provided s/he enrolled and attended classes for those subjects as from the beginning of the year.
5.1.3Where a candidate has MET the sub-minimums for entry to the supplementary examinations AND FAILS any of the affected subjects in the supplementary examinations s/he will have to repeat the failed subjects on the particular level in that academic year, e.g. subject(s) failed on Level 2 in the 2019 supplementary examinations must be repeated on Level 2 in the 2020 academic year and will NOT be allowed to continue with those subjects on the higher level. 5.1.4Where a candidate has NOT MET the above sub-minimums for entry to the supplementary examinations, s/he will have to repeat the failed subject(s) on the particular level in the following academic year, e.g. subject(s) failed on Level 2 in the November 2019 examinations which fall below the sub-minimums for entry to supplementary examinations must be repeated on Level 2 in the 2020 academic year. 6.IMPORTANT NOTES ON NCV REGISTRATIONS:

A candidate can only register on two consecutive levels in an academic year, i.e. Levels 2 and 3 or Levels 3 and 4, but not on Levels 2 and 4 or all three levels |

HOW TO APPLY
* Please upload a Certified copy of applicant’s ID as well as a Certified copy of highest grade passed.
Click on the “Browse/Choose File” button, locate the file on your computer and click on open.
Do the same for both ID and Highest grade passed documents.
* If you wish to use your phone to apply, open the SekhukhuneTVET website from your phone and find the Application form. When you get to the “UPLOAD” section, click on “Browse/Choose file” select “Camera” and take a photo of the document you wish to upload.
